I called quickbooks support and they had me do that. So I did that then tried to log in to Chase to add my account back and it won’t let me log in to chase at all through quickbooks to re-link the accounts. So now I can’t even manually update my chase banking with quickbooks by downloading the QBO files. This is very frustrating.
